By creating an account, using Kindred Hearts, generating a report, saving a report, viewing matches, or contacting another member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You also agree that the information you provide may be used to operate the service, generate relationship readings, provide compatibility insights, show match suggestions, maintain safety, and manage your account features.

Kindred Hearts provides relationship-oriented astrology tools, personal relationship profiles, compatibility readings, match suggestions, saved reports, and account-to-account communication features.

Our readings are intended for reflection, self-awareness, and relationship insight. They are not guarantees of love, marriage, compatibility, safety, or future outcomes.

Astrology is used here as a symbolic and interpretive framework. It should not replace personal judgment, consent, communication, mental health support, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or emergency help.

You are responsible for your own decisions, including whom you meet, message, trust, date, or enter into a relationship with.

You must be legally able to use this service and must provide accurate account and birth details to the best of your knowledge. Kindred Hearts is intended for adults. Users under 18 should not create an account or use match/contact features.

Each account may have only one primary relationship profile. Creating multiple accounts, false identities, or misleading profiles may lead to suspension or removal.

You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, exploit, stalk, spam, deceive, or pressure other users. You must not upload illegal, explicit, hateful, violent, or non-consensual content.

Contact features are meant for respectful interaction. We may restrict or remove accounts that create safety concerns, receive credible reports, or misuse the platform.

Basic and Premium accounts may have different limits for report generation, saved reports, PDF downloads, matches, and contact features. These limits may change from time to time and will be reflected in the product experience.

Saved reports are outputs for your reference. They are not the identity source for matchmaking. Match suggestions are based on the primary account profile and available compatibility logic.

Premium features may include detailed reports, additional report usage, PDF access, and contact features. Payment terms, refunds, renewals, and cancellation rules will be shown when paid membership is introduced.

A payment does not guarantee a match, response, relationship, marriage, or any specific outcome.

Kindred Hearts stores account details, profile details, birth details, chart data, reports, messages, likes, photos, and usage information needed to operate the service.

Your birth details may be used to calculate charts, relationship profiles, compatibility readings, match suggestions, and saved reports. You are responsible for entering accurate information.

You may request correction or deletion of your account information, subject to operational, safety, payment, and legal requirements.

Kindred Hearts may use email verification, phone verification, paid-contact controls, profile photos, reports, and moderation to improve safety.

Verification can reduce risk, but it cannot remove all risk. Users should still use caution, meet safely, and report suspicious or harmful behavior.

Kindred Hearts is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free reports, perfect calculations, accurate match outcomes, or that every feature will remain available at all times.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kindred Hearts is not liable for decisions, relationships, losses, emotional distress, meetings, disputes, or outcomes arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms as Kindred Hearts evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
